Test this ultra simple computer forensic software they created. The software will search a computer for images/pictures and display them for review. The PC user can then see these images in a thumbnail view and select whatever images are chosen for a comprehensive report. The evidence. The report is built in HTML similar to a web page and the user can customize it with their own logo or graphic. The report format includes creation, date modified and last accessed times of the image along with additional pertinent information. While this software is not intended to be a full forensic examination it does serve as a useful tool in documenting and reporting inappropriate Internet misuse, which does address a majority of Internet computer investigations that most PI's will run across.
